I don't coach because I have to or to pay my bills. I continue to do 4-10 real estate deals per month, making a great living solely from real estate. But my path here wasn't straightforward. In my early twenties, I faced foreclosure and bankruptcy. I was out of work, without a diploma, and couldn't find employment. I started learning about real estate investing then, hoping to save my house. A local investor helped me avoid foreclosure through a short sale, opening my eyes to the potential of real estate investing. In 2017, I sold my house, moved into a small apartment, and invested in a coaching program. Within the first year, I completed 10 deals and made $77,000. Today, my companies have acquired over 450 off-market properties and earned close to eight figures in gross profits. I coach because I want to give others a leg up in getting into this game more easily.​
